Choices crucial to Mental Health

What is the healthiest choice if despair is upon us?   Feed your head.    Chamomile tea, St. John's Wort, must take a B-Complex and in best case scenario a multi that is what it says it is.   Food co-ops are good sources but elsewhere check out the company.   Sugar and alcohol are out.   All fermented substances should be set aside until you have shaken suicidal thoughts.  We are truly what we eat and that includes mental images as well.   Lay off the caffenine which is in everything.    Be aware of global energy that is making you anxious as well.   How to ease and help without losing one's self.  If crowds are not for you then letter writing and food donations work for nearly any cause.   It's tough to stay positive so don't!   Just do the next right thing.   Drink a glass of water and get some air.   Stack the dishes, fold the clothes, work can wait until all the smooth jazz has made you say, "O.k., now I can sit down and enter ISBN#'s for a few hours."   Then drink some juice, eat again.   Parsnip bisque and biscuits are ready in the fridge.   You are worth healthy food and so is your super brain.
Also, write a blog.   It is an action. There are millions out there so chances are you will be anonymous but you have commited to putting your feelings out so that you are never alone, cool.
Unless you want to be and then just don't publish!    So, eat as whole as possible.   Drink water because you need air.  Take a multi-vitamin starting today and don't ever stop.   Inside of all of us is a little kid jumping up and down saying "look at me".    So, when you feel better put on the clothes you are always saving, in my case,  make-up!   Fabulous shoes are a must because I now have practical hair, jewelry, hmmm, I have wonderful Jessica McClintock perfume which is alot of white flowers, Cassis, Gardenia, Lily of the Valley, some vanilla, mmmmmm.    And now not so depressed, right?
Don't suffer another minute.   Don't keep taking negative action, you absolutely have help in this world.   Even if your genes or history seem against you.   It is amazing what nutrients and vitamins can do.    I saw first hand in my garden this year when I didn't feed my plants properly and then visiited a garden that looked like Findhorn.    Simple manure.   I have the best compost around too so no excuse.    Learned my lesson and would be a fool not to incorporate these choices.    All you have to do today is one very difficult thing and that is Love Yourself.   The challenge is on.
